Around 10 gravel sectors on this route between a quarter and a mile plus in length, concentrated between miles 12-19 and 30-39. All in all probably 15-20% overall. Tons of nice quiet and dirty township roads, though. Lots of climbing! Expect around 100 ft/mi.
This route could also be combined with routes starting at/near Flint Ridge and Somerset to make a very long, challenging route that starts less than an hour from central Columbus.
Lots of Amish farms along this route. Horse and buggy may be encountered, but otherwise expect very little traffic. Plenty of good country scenery with some hill top vistas.
