Recap: Tar Hollow Adventure Plus 42

Quick recap: This route features multiple hike-a-bike sections and stream roads (stroads). Wide tires and expectation of adventure are a must. Expect bikes and persons to get muddy.

4 cyclists. 38 miles. (we cutout a climb to shorten the route) 3100+ feet of climbing. We encountered a number of off road motorcycles riding a race course and overlanders our and about. On Tatman Rd we stopped to watch the removal of a downed tree. Multiple stream roads were roaring because of the recent rains. We discovered a new stream road at Dry Branch Rd. that we descended from the top of Tatman Rd. We had a knee smack on an uphill slip, a drop onto the bum on a downhill hike a bike and a flop into a big mud puddle. No mechanicals but a lot of fun!
