Recap

We parked at the Bridge of Dreams parking lot. Gravel roads were fast, loose and dusty. We stopped in Glenmont at the small market for snacks and drinks. Mixed clouds and sun for most of the ride. Temps were in the low 60’s at the start and ended in the mid 80’s. Humidity wasn’t too bad. For most of the ride we kept almost all of the riders together in one group but as we got closer to the end we broke up.

We saw puppies, moved a black rat snake off the road and saw two bald eagles eating road kill.

Route note: We cutout the out and back into Nashville and rode OH 14 instead of the Holmes County Trail out of Glenmont.
