Recap: 2019 Great Allegheny Passage Bikepacking

16 cyclists. 92 miles roundtrip from Connellsville, PA to Rockwood, PA.
Saturday - We stopped at Ohiopyle for lunch. There was a big turtle on the trail and we stopped for a photo opp.We ducked out of a rain shower at the ice cream shop in Confluence. Bourbon shots all around. Part of our group camped at Husky Haven Campground and the rest stayed at the hostel. Dinner at the Rockwood Mill Shoppes. After cleaning up we had a bonfire, more bourbon and good discussions. Rain started early evening and continued overnight.
Sunday - We had breakfast in camp, broke camp and met up with the others from the hostel and we headed out on the trail. Light rain fell all day. Lunch again in Ohiopyle to get out of the rain and warm up. Great weekend with friends old and new.
