Recap: Conkles Hollow PValley1 Route

Great 23 mile ride through Hocking Hills. Gravel and pave. Great weather, scenery and riding company.

Ride invite
Sunday road/gravel ride: With it being cold in the morning I figured we wouldnt want to start too early and it will get dark early with the time change, so I looked at a route that would take ~3 hrs. While it is only 23 miles, it is at least half gravel and has 2200 ft of climbing. We will be lucky to average 10 mph and will have a couple of rest stops. It should be as much effort and take as long as a typical 50-mile flat road ride. We could make it longer, but this is sticking to the really nice less populated area and interesting roads we scoped out. Conkles Hollow Parking lot at 12.
