Recap: Flint Ridge 33 Gravel Grinder

5 cyclists. 33 miles. 3000+ feet of climbing. Sunny all day. Temps ranged from 17 at the start to upper 20’s at the end. Gravel was dry and fast with dried tire track ruts. Lots of barking, but no runners. Lots of cows out too. As we dropped down the hill heading back toward National Rd. Vince shifted and his chain folded over itself. The chain issue also took out the derailleur. He walked to a store and I picked him up after getting back to the car. I struggled getting into a rhythm on this ride because of the cold.
