Recap: St. Louisville Gravel Grinder
9 cyclists. We had 6 in our group. 42 miles. 4400 ft climbing. Dreary day with temps in the upper 30’s/low 40’s. Roads were slow and soft. Multiple mechanical issues for the first half of the ride. We saw the gaggle of turkeys and a lot of horses and cows. At the shark rock we had a puppy run with us until his owner retrieved him. There were a couple of small stream crossings and a covered bridge. Lunch at the abandoned pizza shop in Fallsburg. Good day on the bike.
